• Everything in Slurry is test data. None of it is real.
• A Slurry simulation is our approximation of how an API behaves. It is not the real system and may differ from it.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any vendor whose API we simulate. Their names and trade marks belong to them.
• Library specifications come from public or openly licensed sources and we credit them.
• Always test against the real system before you go live.

1. Who we are

2. Test data only

2.1 All data generated by Slurry is synthetic. It is produced by language models, rules and schedules for the purpose of software testing.

2.2 Names, companies, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, identifiers, transactions and other values in Generated Data are fictitious. Any resemblance to a real person, organisation or transaction is coincidental. Generated Data must not be used or relied on as real data, including for decisions about any person or business, financial reporting, or regulatory submissions.

2.3 Simulations must not be connected to production systems or used to serve real customers or end users.

3. Simulations are approximations

3.1 A Simulation models the request and response behaviour of a third-party API based on a specification and on our, or your, configuration. It is not the real system and is not connected to it.

3.2 We do not warrant that any Simulation matches the current or future behaviour of the real API, including its endpoints, schemas, field formats, validation, authentication, error codes, rate limits, pagination, webhook timing or payloads, latency or business logic. Real APIs change without notice, and specifications may be incomplete, out of date or wrong.

3.3 Passing tests against a Simulation does not mean your integration will work with the real system. You are responsible for testing against the real system (for example, its official sandbox) before release.

3.4 Using Slurry does not by itself satisfy any regulatory, security, certification, audit or contractual testing requirement.

4. No affiliation or endorsement

4.1 Slurry is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by any company whose API, product or service is simulated in the Service.

4.2 All product names, company names, trade marks, service marks and logos referenced in the Service are the property of their respective owners. We use names in plain text only, to identify which real-world API a Simulation is modelled on, and only as much as is needed for that purpose. We do not use third-party logos.

4.3 If you own a trade mark or specification referenced in the Service and have a concern about how it is used, email legal@slurry.io and we will respond promptly.

5. Sources of specifications

5.1 Specifications in our library are sourced from public sources and openly licensed collections, such as vendor-published OpenAPI documents and community directories. Each library entry shows its source, the licence that applies where one is stated, and the date we obtained it.

5.2 Where a licence requires attribution, we provide it on the library entry. Specifications remain subject to their original licences, and we may have adapted them (for example, to add examples or fix errors) for simulation purposes.

5.3 We may remove a library entry at any time, including on request from its rights holder.

5.4 Specifications that you upload are your responsibility. You must have the right to use them.

6. AI agents

Actions taken through our MCP Server or APIs by AI agents or software using your credentials are your actions. We are not responsible for the decisions, costs or consequences of agents you connect.

7. Limits of this disclaimer

Nothing in this Disclaimer limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales. Our liability is otherwise governed by the Terms of Service.
